RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your 19/99 Beauty product. If you aren’t happy with the product, we will provide a refund or an exchange for any product ordered from 1999beauty.com within 30 days of purchase. Just email us with your name, order number, and reason for return at hello@1999beauty.com. Please note, your original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
